Third general body meeting was then conducted in Dehradun on 8th May 2019 where 15% of the quorumwas needed to pass agenda/by-law but if the quorum criteria is not met for the third consecutive meetingthen the administrator has the authority to pass the agenda/by-law. The agenda of holding a fresh electionwas passed by the district registrar requested by the administrator. But the hardships did not end here as per Firms and Societies Act-2012.
